Studipa offers accounts services. Accounting concerns to appropriate tools, especially of information technology, in order to observe company’s facts and therefore to keep properly the compulsory entries by law (accountant book, inventories book, VAT registers, company books, etc.).
Among the various accounting regimes there are:
- the ordinary regime: mandatory required for companies (Inc., LTD. and Limited Partnership Companies) and for individual entrepreneurs and partnerships that do not meet the requirements for the adoption of the simplified regime. Such regime considers the keeping of accountant book, the inventory book, the auxiliary records and registers expected by VAT law;
- the simplified regime: reserved for individual entrepreneurs and partnerships that achieve annual revenues not exceeding 400,000 Euros for the activities of services and 700,000 Euro for other business activities. Such regime is also adoptable by artists and professionals with no limit. It involves the keeping of only VAT registers relating to issued invoices and received invoices. Within it, it also must be noted the costs are not subject to invoicing and the change of warehouse stocks;
- the flat-rate regimes: which include the “regime of minimum taxpayers,” which allows, to persons who do not achieve an amount or annual income exceeding 30,000 Euros, to be exempted from any accounting obligation, unless the numbering and storage of issued and received invoices. In addition to the limit of the revenues above mentioned it must also comply with other constraints. For further details you are invited to contact the Office.
